My 14 ounce Novelty Pants have been worn for 350 days (16h/day). No wash. Only Dry cleaned once. If something is broken and need to be fixed by a tailor I used to do the following:
When I'm in a bigger city I'm looking for a tailor-expressservice, step in, take off my pants, show the problem and just say "fix it, please"... .If the tailor ask "how (what color etc)?" I just say "hey, your are the tailor... do what you have to do". So every repair is different... I think thats maybe a little bit interesting and the pant becomes more and more a personality this way. I always store a little piece of denim in my left backpocket, if something brakes, so I’m looking for a express-tailorservice, step in...
