I really don't think dry-cleaning is the best option to keep original color, at all ! I've heard that the use of chemicals are terrible for the cotton because they make the fibers weak. I love my Prescott Darktone as it is and I want to wear them for a long time. Here's the 'dryer sheet' tip that I use to keep my jeans fresh before I will ever wash them. Dryer sheets are tissues about the size of a Kleenex, put into clothes dryers soften clothes and add artificial fragrance. They are sold in any grocery store or supermarket. Dryer sheets include fragrances that make your clothes smell fresh. Hang your jeans out, put a dryer sheet in a pocket overnight and they absorb the odor. |
